JR Pro Painting offers a 5-year warranty covering both materials and workmanship. This warranty addresses defects like peeling, bubbling, or flaking, provided the surface is properly maintained and free from structural or environmental damage.

• Activation: The warranty begins on the project completion date and is valid for five years.
• Exclusions: Damage caused by moisture, structural shifts, or improper maintenance is not covered.
• Claim Process: Notify us within 30 days of discovering an issue, and we’ll inspect and handle covered repairs at no cost. Terms and conditions apply.

We offer one free touch-up every 12 months to help keep your home in top condition.

• Homeowner Responsibility: Original paint must be provided. If unavailable, we can supply paint at an additional cost. Color matching may vary due to wear.
• Eligibility: Available to current homeowners.
• Coverage: Minor wear such as scratches, nail holes, and scuffs.
• Exclusions: Major repairs, repainting unrelated to normal wear, color changes, or surfaces not originally painted by JR Pro Painting are excluded.
• Scheduling: Must be scheduled within the 12-month window, subject to availability. Terms and conditions apply.

• How It Works: When your referral completes a project, you and the new client each receive a $200 credit toward future work.
• Eligibility: Both projects must meet a $1,000 minimum. Referrals must be mentioned during the initial consultation.
